Hi, my name is Jasper. I know I look kind of mournful in this picture. I’m really not mournful by nature. I just am SO sad to be living in a cage. I am a joyful, spirited, happy kitty by nature and would LOVE for you to meet me so I could show you! My Pound Pals friends say I’m especially adorable because I’ve got these cute short legs. I really can’t wait for you to see how cute I am. I was dropped in the street when my person didn’t want to take care of me anymore—kind of a rough blow in life, but I’ll do just fine.
