Baruch's Story...
Meet the ever so handsome Baruch! He's only 2 years old and quite the character. He does very well with other cats but other male tom cat I'm sure he'd like to be the only king of the castle. He loves to rub on you to get your attention to let you know he's there and its time to love him. He loves to play! Baruch would do best in a home with children over the age of 10. He get into playing when you play with him so he can get ruff. He is quite the hunter so a farm where once he's used to the house he can go out and hunt your little critters. That would make him ever so happy. He has been leukemia/aids tested, vaccinated, and neutered.

Act quickly to adopt Baruch. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baruch, a West Warwick Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in West Warwick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in West Warwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Warwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Warwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Warwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
