I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Sheva and her buddy, Romulus, were picked up while wandering in the Bear River Bird Refuge. They were taken to the Brigham City Animal Shelter, and we rescued them from there, once their time was up. Romulus found his forever home and now it's Sheva's turn!
Sheva is such a good dog! She is super sweet and friendly. She loves attention and people. She is smart, too! Sheva is great with other dogs and kids, but is not good with cats. True to Sheva's hound dog heritage, she can be noisy, but quiets down once she receives some attention. Sheva is very mellow and happy go lucky. She is also crate-trained.
Sheva is a Treeing Walker Coonhound (possibly mixed with some other type of Hound) and is about 8 years old. She is a beautiful dog!
Sheva's adoption fee is $125 which includes her spay surgery and vaccinations (rabies and parvo/distemper). We show dogs by appointment or at adoption events. Four Paws Rescue is a private, 501(c)3, volunteer-run organization that is dedicated to helping homeless dogs and cats. Four Paws has been rescuing dogs and cats since 2000. We rescue stray and abandoned cats, dogs, puppies and kittens from high-kill shelters, place them in caring foster homes (if available) and then adopt them into loving, life-long home.
Since our shelter is not set up for drop by visits, appointments can be made with our Director to meet any dog in person. Just leave a detailed message with Lisa (Director) at 435-752-3534 or email her volunteer at scfourpaws@hotmail.com.
Our adoption fees range from $125-200. Each pet is spayed or neutered, and current on rabies, parvo and distemper vaccinations
Four Paws Rescue is located in Cache Valley in Northern Utah. We mainly focus on Utah and surrounding states adoptions, but have done a few out-of-state adoptions as well.
