Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Niko's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Niko's Story...
Niko is a door-dasher and we have no doubt that this is why he is homeless. A volunteer found him running in the streets. She diligently searched for the owners but no one stepped forward to claim Niko. Clearly, Niko is part Husky . . . just LOOK at that face. His tri-coloring suggests that he may also have some Australian Shepherd in him. With that type of breeding, it makes sense that Niko likes to RUN! He has an very active genetic make-up. He will thrive with someone who lives an active lifestyle. He will make a great jogging or hiking buddy. You like to ski?? Niko does too - with that coat, Niko is gonna love the snow! Nike knows basic obedience commands and is house-trained. This dog is smarter than most of your friends and if you adopt him, you will bring home a dog with a heart of gold. Niko gets along well with other laid-back dogs but will snarl at a challenge. He is not aggressive with bossy dogs but he will stand up for himself. That said, Niko FREAKING LOVES the dog park. He says "Hi" to everyone and play bows with happiness. Niko's days of running in the street are over. We will find this great dog and adopter who understands his energy needs and meets these, so that Niko is never so full of anxiety that he is willing to run away from safety.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Niko, a Scottsdale Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
