Mindy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Mindy's Story...
Mindy is a sweetheart, very calm and mindful. She’s a bit shy at a first meeting but opens up quickly and prances around now like she’s been here forever!
She is really quite the character and loves to play with her toys. She is wonderful on leash and will enjoy exploring the neighborhood with her new family. She does fine with our cats and seems to like all the other dogs.
Mindy is about 2 years old and is full grown at 30 lbs. She has a very nice, soft and fluffy coat. Mindy was rescued on her last day from a kill shelter in South Carolina. We are so glad that we were alerted and that we had room for this wonderful girl. She is a true treasure and will fill your home with love!
Mindy is crate trained and housebroken. She’s been spayed and is up to date on her shots. She is heartworm negative and is on monthly preventative for heartworms, fleas and ticks. She is microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mindy, a Mocksville Finnish Spitz/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Finnish Spitz/Corgi for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Finnish Spitz/Corgi dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Finnish Spitz/Corgi breeders who help with Finnish Spitz/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
