My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tamone is a charming 11-year-old who was very much loved by his elderly owners, but unfortunately he tripped them up and resulted in two hospital visits, so they had to give him up at a rural animal control where he was in danger of euthanization. We normally try not to take animals much older than 3-5 years old, but Tamone grabbed our hearts immediately with his loving, confident, outgoing personality. He literally reached out of his cage crying for attention, and he is such a cuddle bear you'd never believe he was a senior cat. His fur was full and beautiful but mats easily, so we had him shaved down like a little lamb. He enjoys watching birdies out of the window, taking leisurely naps where it's nice and cool, and he loves canned food. What a sweetheart who would be a great companion for many years to come -- he will keep you smiling.
