My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Corky is a very sweet and handsome little 12 week old pup currently in a foster home where he's getting tons of socialization and love. For playmates he has another foster puppy and the resident adult lab. He is a gentle little guy who is visited regularly by the neighborhood kids. He's working on his housetraining skills and doing great. When home alone, he is crated for short periods of time, otherwise is left lose with his buddy in the sun porch that has a doggie door leading to the outside. He has already learned how to use puppy pads at night, after just a couple of days. We think he's an Australian Shepherd/Lab mix, but as is the case with most rescue dogs, nobody knows for sure. All we know is that he will make someone a great little companion. We think that he'll be in the 40-45lb range fully grown. Corky is neutered and up to date on age appropriate vaccinations. He is also current on his heartworm and flea/tick preventitives. His adoption fee is $450. Corky will be ready for his new home May 28 so if you're interested, please go to
