My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mulan is such a sweet, gentle soul! This wonderful boy is one more displaced pit bull that will be incredibly lucky if he can make it out of the shelter in time.

Mulan has already been at the shelter for almost a month which is a miracle in itself. Pit bulls are not normally lasting that long. This is a true testament to just what a special boy he really is.

The shelter staff have completely fallen for this guy with his wonderful, loving, and outgoing personality.

Everyone describes him the same way, they all say he is as sweet and gentle as can be. He's got the perfect mellow, laid back temperament that can be so wonderful in this breed as they mature.

Mulan is one of those incredibly happy pit bull that will make you smile immediately and keeping you laughing with his silly antics and playful spirit.

Mulan is in my opinion at the perfect age. At 4 years old he is housetrained, obedience trained, way past the hyper, jumpy, destructive puppy stage, and just at the age where he just wants a comfortable lap to sleep in and someone to keep him company.

He really couldn't be an easier dog. Sure he'd love to go for nice walks, hiking, running, but he's also quite happy just lying around the house. If you are there, that's where he will want to be.

This love sponge is a true people dog. He will be loyal and grateful for the rest of his life.

His picture does not do him justice. He's really the cutest boy ever. He's got a total puppy head, he will probably always look like a young pup with his big fat squish head.

One look into his loving, soulful eyes and you will see why everyone wants to save him so badly. He's just such a special soul. He was born to make a special family feel happy and loved.

Poor Mulan doesn't have very good odds in an overcrowded shelter where he has to compete with so many much younger dogs and lots of puppies, but if you give him that one chance to show you how great he is you won't be sorry.

I just know there is a home out there for this guy, it's too hard to imagine that such a great won't make it. He will be just perfect for anyone that would prefer a dog that won't take so much constant training, attention, and exercise. If you want a more low maintenance guy give this lover boy a try.

If interested in Mulan please don't wait, his days are numbered, he won't be around for very much longer, contact Table Mountain Animal Center in Golden right away, or better yet come for a visit.
