found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
This poor sweet boy has found himself homelss at 4 years of age. It's very difficult for our slightly older dogs to suddenly wind up all alone in a noisy scary shelter. They often have a very hard time adjusting if at all.
And with all of the much younger dogs available it's very hard for them to compete. Add to that, that Dozer is a pit bull and with the bad reputation they are now getting around Colorado this kid has a double wammy to overcome.
Dozer has been temperament tested as all of our dogs at the shelter are and he passed with flying colors.
This boy is a sweet as can be. He is loving and gentle and wants nothing more in the world than one more chance a being a member of a family where he can live out his days being cared for and giving all of the love in his big ole heart!
If you are interested in Dozer and think you might just be that special person to give him the chance he so deserves please don't wait. Dozer's time is limited shearly by the breed he was born into.
These wonderful babies have all of the love in the world to give, they don't understand that pit bulls are hated and feared by many. They don't even know what a pit bull is. They just know how much they loved their family and now that is all gone and they are hoping beyond hope to somehow get that back and have someone to care for them again.
If you will be the one to take this wonderful kid out of there before his time is up I just know he will be so grateful. He's promised to love you the rest of his days and to be the best doggy ever!
Won't you give Dozer a chance to win your heart?
Dozer is about 50 pounds, he's perfect size puppy for sitting in laps and cuddling on the couch. Dozer can live with confident dog savvy cats and possibly a friendly female though he would probably do just a well as an only dog. He'd love to have all of your attention for himself.
