Chevi's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Chevi's Story...
Chevi is a pretty little puggie girl that came to us from a breeding facility. I imagine that she has had many puppies, but those days are over! See how her toes are splayed? That is from standing in a wire floored crate. Now she enjoys a comfy dog bed and clean, soft flooring as well as the occasional foray into the back yard where the dogs have left us a few patches of actual grass. She was born on February 26, 2005 so just celebrated her 5th birthday. Chevi weighs 14 pounds and has a thin build. She's unusual looking for a pug - she's red and her little tongue often protrudes out the front of her mouth. It's as cute as can be. She is just a little timid, but is finding her self confidence in rescue. Chevi is a darling girl who will do great in her own home as she continues to progress to be the dog she was meant to be.

Chevi is spayed, up to date on all of her shots, heartworm negative, on heartworm preventive, has had a dental cleaning, is microchipped and a full veterinary examination. Even with all of this done, her adoption fee is only $200. Come meet Chevi - she's an American Classic.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chevi, a House Springs Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
