Lacey's Story...
Hi, my name is Lacey and I was surrendered to the shelter. I've been here for a quite a long time now and I'd really love to find a wonderful family of my own. I'm very pretty, I'm 4 years old and already spayed and microchipped! I get along good with kids and other dogs but I'm not so good with cats or smaller animals like chickens. If you are interested in providing a responsible loving forever home for me please contact the shelter SOON for more information!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lacey, a Ladysmith Samoyed/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Samoyed/Husky for sale in Ladysmith, or seeking a Samoyed/Husky dog from a breeder in Ladysmith.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ladysmith already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ladysmith breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Samoyed/Husky breeders who help with Samoyed/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ladysmith paves the way for another one to be saved.
