Meow! My name is Grover
|Breed:||Domestic Shorthair||Color:||Gray Or Blue (Mostly)||Age:||Adult|
I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.
Grover is a cat that the Goathouse is so fortunate to have the resources to rescue--a kitty that surely would have been euthanized in a shelter, because he would not have been given the time to become socialized. Grover came from a high-kill shelter, where he was probably brought in as a feral or abandoned cat. He is very shy and scared, but not aggressive at all, and he is beginning to emerge from his fear, and show some interest in his surroundings. He is an adorable little gentleman, whose eyes beg for understanding and sympathy.
More information about The Goathouse Refuge
Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses 150-200 homeless cats. The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
People can visit the Goathouse 7 days a week, from 12-3, or by appointment.
