Simon's Story...
"Simon", a Shiba Inu, is a sweet, furry little dog, who thinks he is a big dog, like a German Shepherd. This little guy is a tad on the hefty side, and probably not used to walking very far. But he is all personality, cute as a bug, and full of energy. So hook up your leash and get to know him on some great walks! He is a devoted kinda dog and will love you all the more for your your kindness. Kennel# 29.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simon, a El Cajon Shiba Inu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Shiba Inu dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu breeders who help with Shiba Inu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
