Zaan's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Zaan's Story...
Zaan is a 9 year old female, owner states she is spayed. Her temperament seems to be better around females. She is leary around males which may explain why the owners son had no interest in her at all. During the visit she would try to love on him...he totally ingonred her

She would be great for an indoor outdoor pet. I feel she would be best with a couple or a single adult female. She loves to walk around the hospital with me in the am's. She seems to tinkle and poop in the same spot. Zaan is extremely loving to me and other females. I'm treating her as a preventative for all bacteria and worms. I will be testing her for heartworms when I find her a home. Even if its a foster home.

She is here at the hospital with me for now. I need to home her fast or the euthanasia kicks in.
You can reach me 214-283-6644 my cell and here at the hospital 972-270-5404. Just ask for Jeani or Assistant Manager. Just have anyone call me in her interest.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zaan, a Dripping Springs German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Dripping Springs, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Dripping Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dripping Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dripping Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dripping Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
