  • Breed: Chihuahua Mix
  • Color: Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less

Bean (black/brown coat) is a 4 year old, spayed female, approx. 15 pound, Chihuahua mix! Charlie (light brown/white coat) is a 4 year old, neutered male, approx. 15 pound, Chihuahua mix!

Bean and Charlie are extremely sweet dogs, with such silly personalities! They love hanging out indoors, as well as sun bathing out in the yard. Their foster mom just loves them to pieces and says they are very mellow, easy going dogs. Both Bean and Charlie enjoy meeting new people and new dogs. They LOVE other dogs, and are very dog friendly. They are also good with cats and good with older kids.

They would be best adopted out to a family/individual that lives in a house with a yard, as they currently live in that type of setting and are doing very well. They are both housetrained and know how to use a doggy door! Bean and Charlie rarely bark, and are very even tempered. They are still working on their leash training, but are improving very well.

Bean and Charlie MUST be adopted out together, as they are very bonded and get along wonderfully. Both dogs are healthy and now ready to find their new home TOGETHER!

Please contact us if you are interested in adopting BOTH Bean and Charlie! If you are looking for the cutest little couple who are friendly and just enjoy living life, Bean and Charlie are definately a perfect match!

About LEASH Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

*Please note: LEASH Animal Rescue is not a pick up service, and at this time, can not accept animals from the public. If you have found and caught a stray animal, we may be able to help locate his/her family and/or re-home him/her when all efforts to reunite him/her with their owner have failed. If you have found a stray animal, but are unable to catch him/her, please contact your local Animal Control for further assistance.*

LEASH Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization based in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.

Our rescue follows the no-kill policy and is operated solely by volunteers with an emphasis on foster homes, until we are able to have a physical rescue facility.

Our mission is to help as many needy animals as we can with the limited resources we have. We focus mainly on the sick, injured, disabled, and what some people might consider to be "unadoptable" animals, who are at most risk of being euthanized (killed) at our animal local shelters. We are an all-breed rescue, but have soft spot in our hearts for the "bully breed" dogs, who are also known as American Pit Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers. These two breeds are very misunderstood and over the years, have been given a bad reputation due to false information given by the media. "Pit Bulls" and "Staffies" make wonderful family pets, and are very smart and loyal.
