Dusty's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Dusty's Story...
Dusty is a sweet and loving, 6 year old keeshond that weighs 41 pounds. Dusty and his sister, Misty have been together all their loves and we would really love to see them go to their forever home together, however they do not have to be adopted into the same home. Dusty is technically blind, however he does see shadows. He is a gentle little guy that likes people very much and is quite affectionate once comfortable in his surroundings. He gets along great with other dogs and is quite submissive. He is also housebroken.

Dusty has been neutered, is heartworm negative, is current on his rabies, bordatella and distemper vaccinations. He has also been microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Old Bridge Keeshond dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Keeshond for sale in Old Bridge, or seeking a Keeshond dog from a breeder in Old Bridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Old Bridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Old Bridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Keeshond breeders who help with Keeshond rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Old Bridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
