Sandy is an adult mixed breed male dog. He is a sweet guy but it appears that he has not had an easy life. Sandy can be very reactive to being touched in certain places and for that reason he must go to an adult only home. He can be very sweet and is a gentle playful boy most of the time. He just needs someone that understands him and can help him see that people can be good to him. Please come to the shelter and meet Sandy.
