Duke's Story...
For Adoption Procedures please visit our website at:

Duke is a 4 year old male weim.  He is the 'brother' to Hova but very much Hova's opposite! He is hi-energy and loves every dog. Will do well with kids old enough that he can romp with for activity. Don't get Duke wet because he does not like water!!
He's an affectionate cuddle bug but not super clingly. Loves the dog park. He is dog door trained.

Duke's adoption fee is $300

Adoption applications can be filled out at

If you are interested in adopting one of our rescue weims, you must first go to our website and fill out an application and be interviewed. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis. The applicant with the most to offer a particular dog will be our first choice.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a PA and DE Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in PA and DE, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in PA and DE.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in PA and DE already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a PA and DE breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in PA and DE paves the way for another one to be saved.
