I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with cats.
Male. Born January 1st, 2008
I spent a winter outside before I was rescued. If you can welcome me, I'll make myself a place in your heart and be your big champion teddy bear with a heart of gold. I simply wear my heart on my sleeve! Just like the judge in the Fables de la Fontaine, I am a big tomcat who gets on wonderfully with other cats except if they are dominant. I like to play and I am careful with my claws. I do not like to be held and I will bite, very gently, to protest: I learned to be distrustful while I lived outside. But I loved to be stroked, and if the touch is gentle, I'll stretch out and offer my tummy. See you soon, I hope.

Rescue Group Info...
We are a non-profit organization founded in 1999 and run by a network of volunteers. Our mission is to rescue abandoned cats, to promote ahd importance of sterilization and to raise public awareness of the problems of abandoned animals.
We hold adoption days every other Sunday at the Marcel-Giroux community center at 4501 Bannantyne Street in Verdun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The next adoption days are:
July 8, 2012 July 22, 2012
August 5 & 19, 2012
September 9 & 23, 2012
October 14 & 28, 2012
November 11 & 25, 2012
December 9 & 16, 2012
All our cats are in foster homes and people who wish to adopt one can make an appointment to visit the cat at the home or come to the adoption days. All cats have been seen by a veterinarian, vaccinated and sterilized. The fee is $160 and includes sterilization of kittens when they reach five to six months of age. Adopting families sign a contract and if they already have other cats, these cats must be sterilized.
We serve Verdun and surrounding areas such as Ville- Emard, Côte St- Paul, St- Henri, Pointe St-Charles, Lasalle and Lachine.
