Joey luvs cats!'s Story...
PERFECT COMPANION FOR YOUR CAT!

We rescued Joey at a point where he was so starved and dehydrated he could hardly move. In addition to not getting food and water, people must have been mean to him too, out there, as he was so scared when we got him we thought he was feral. We ear-tipped him, thinking he would have to be returned to the outdoors, but after a couple of days his gentle nature started to emerge and we now see that he wants and needs a forever home.

It was a close call for Joey, twice now, so he truly deserves a loving home with other cats, since he gets along so great with kitty pals! It's not uncommon to see him racing around with the other cats in his foster home and playing with every toy he gets his paws on!

Joey has been tested, neutered, and microchipped! He is about 4 mos old (as of 9/05). Call Silver Bells Rescue 513-475-0002 to find out more about him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joey luvs cats!, a cincinnati Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in cincinnati, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
