Sherman's Story...
Sherman came along way to us from AZ. He is a good dog who has learned many things in his time with us. He is just a year old so he is still a bit of a puppy! He is great with dogs and kids, but should have older ones as he is very big and might knock a little one over. He is not good with cats or livestalk. Sherman love to go on walks and visit with everyone. When told to leave in on lead he will walk right by cats and such. However we are in kidding season and he doesn't work with livestalk at all so we must find a home soon! Adoption fee cut in half to the right home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sherman, a Deer Park St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Deer Park, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Deer Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Deer Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Deer Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Deer Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
