Maggie Mae's Story...
Maggie Mae, born on March 5, is a purebred Weim puppy who is sweet, loving and would be a great family pet. She needs a family who is not gone for long periods of time, as she needs more company than her sisters require. She can play alone, exploring by herself and then suddenly join her sisters running a full force to be part of the fun. She'd be especially happy in a home with another dog. Maggie has a small umbilical bubble. It's not a hernia, but will be fixed when she goes in for spay surgery. She explores things with her mouth and bites more than the other puppies. Consistent training and age will put a stop to that.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie Mae, a Grand Haven Weimaraner puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Grand Haven, or seeking a Weimaraner puppy from a breeder in Grand Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
