Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nolan is one of your more adventurous bloodhounds. When his foster mom brought him home, she decided to separate him from the other dogs to determine his temperament. Well, Nolan decided his temperament was just fine, so he climbed a 6' fence, went thru an electric fence like it wasn't even on, and introduced himself to all the other bloodhounds and a bunch of ankle-biters too! By the time his foster mommy discovered the voluntary introduction, the little dogs were hanging off Nolan, and one of them had given him a welcome bite on the rump. But Nolan, gentleman that he is, just gave a growl to let the little stinker know he’d better not try it again (the growl might also have meant, “ouch”). After that, it was all tail wags and play! Nolan is about 60 lbs, four years old, and mildly heartworm positive (being treated with doxycycline and Heartgard, which will eventually eliminate the heartworms). Nolan is house trained, mostly crate trained, and is so smart that obedience training will be a snap. He loves his people intensely, so much so that he has climbed fences to get to the house where his people were! HE’s a really fun, sweet, happy boy, who will make someone a very lucky bloodhound owner! He’s being fostered in Hattiesburg, MS.
