My name is Tosha!

Chihuahua Mix Dog for adoption in Albuquerque, New Mexico - Tosha

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Tosha's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tosha's Story...
Her unusual reverse cream and blue gives little Tosha an exotic look. She was one of five dogs surrendered by the owner who had to go into a nursing home. One of the youngest, she probably didn't get as much one-on-one handling as the woman's older dogs. It will take a little time in a home that will give her space and calm support to turn her into a trusting and loving companion. But it will be well worth the time and effort in the long run. Wouldn't it be grand to look into those eyes and see your love reflected? Tosha is about seven pounds, and still has some social problems. $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tosha, a Albuquerque Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Albuquerque, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Albuquerque.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albuquerque already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albuquerque breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albuquerque paves the way for another one to be saved.
