Shirley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Shirley's Story...
We picked this dog and her sister as a strays from Carlsbad, on death row, and our rescue was this pairÕs last hope for a new home. She is probably Jack Russell Terrier. Shirley is under 5 pounds, and would do great with another dog in the household, and school aged kids. It only takes 5 minutes of petting to see this dogs heart of love. She is extremely smart and will keep your seat warm til you get back. Very hyper, active, but a good dog at heart. ADOPTION FEE $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shirley, a Albuquerque Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Albuquerque, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Albuquerque.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albuquerque already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albuquerque breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albuquerque paves the way for another one to be saved.
