Spanky's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Spanky's Story...
Spanky was found roaming with recently adopted Darla in the Redland. He is a Corgi mix and SO funny! He is maybe a year old with a lot of spunk but also a relaxed side. He has a lot of fun playing with the other dogs during our Petco events. He's even seen here curled up with one of his foster mom's tiny kittens! Spanky will make a fun companion for a single person, couple, OR family! Email to meet Spanky today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spanky, a Homestead Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Homestead, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Homestead.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Homestead already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Homestead breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Homestead paves the way for another one to be saved.
