Buster’s Friends URGENTLY needs caring, responsible animal lovers to join our foster home team by opening their homes and their hearts to our rescues. If you think fostering might be for you, one of our volunteers will be happy to talk further with you about joining our team!

A key component of Buster’s Friends rescue program is the foster home. The principle behind fostering is to provide the cats/kittens in our care with a home environment in order to grow, get vetted, get socialized, and just be cats in a home rather than in a shelter. The information you provide us about your foster also helps us find them loving forever homes. We really can’t do what we do without great foster homes.

Please email cami_j@live.com or fosters@bustersfriends.org for more information.

About Buster's Friends

About Our Rescue Group...

Buster’s Friends was created in memory of Jennifer Fields. Jennifer spent countless hours rescuing and fostering hundreds of Houston’s homeless animals prior to losing her battle to cancer in May 2009. As a tribute to Jennifer and her dedication, we named the group after her beloved dog Buster, who made the journey to the Rainbow Bridge in August 2008.
