JR's Story...
Meet JR, the sweetest two year old you will ever meet. JR absolutely loves people and loves to snuggle. He had a rough life so far and he is ready for lots of TLC. He is pretty skinny and his coat if very bleached either from sun or most likely from real bleach (can you believe that?). JR is one of our special dogs: It looks like at some point in his past he broke his back leg and nobody cared to take him to the vet. The result is that the leg healed incorrectly (poor JR it must have been really painful) and it is not shorter than the other. The effect is that he walks with a limp. But this does not stop him for going around, walking and being happy. He is not in pain and will be happy like this forever. He is very gentle, loves car rides, and walks well on leash. JR is looking for someone with a big heart and lots of love to give, could that be you? JR will be fine as an only dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JR, a Cumming Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Cumming, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cumming.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cumming already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cumming breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cumming paves the way for another one to be saved.
