My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Update: Despite our best efforts, after 4 weeks at the vet, we lost Geoffrey. The poor sweet boy fought bravely but, in the end was too weak to fight his multiple infections. He crossed the bridge on July 12, 2010. With all the wonders of modern vet medicine, sometimes our best efforts cannot undo the chaos caused by one person. Geoffrey was happy, his belly was full and he was not in pain in the days before his death. Geoffrey"s vet bill was nearly $1500.00, and all it would have taken to help him 18 months ago was a simple food change to a premium grain free food.
Geoffrey is a 12-18 month old male turned in as a stray to a local shelter. He was rescued only recently and is suffering from many problems related to neglect, least of which is starvation. Geo, to his friends, is a very sweet boy. He is now residing at our vet getting treatment for an upper respiratory infection, mange and ear infections.
More information will be available as we assess his medical and temperment. Early indications are that he is a very sweet boy.
If youare interested in adopting Geo after he is released from medical hold, you must visit our website , fill out and submit an adoption application (available on our site). We will not share additional information with anyone, until we have an application.
