I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.
Bella is a black/rust, 5 year old Dobie-Rottie Mix. DAR&E took Bella in when she was under a year old. She was adopted out, but was recently returned and I can't figure out why. This sweet girl has the best of both breeds in her! She's a large girl, weighing about 90+ pounds right now. She's a bit chubby at that weight though and is on a diet to lose about 5 pounds. Bella's body is big-boned and she looks more like a Rottie, except for her nose which is a bit longer like a Dobe and her legs which are also a bit longer like a Dobe. Her coat isn't long and thick like a Rottie, but it's not as short as a Dobe - although it is closer to a Dobe coat. Bella is super affectionate and loving. Her whole butt wiggles when she see's you and she just wants to be close to her people. She's living with several other dogs and does OK, but she would like to be the queen bee so any dog buddy will need to be laid-back and, given her size, a home without little dogs would be best. Cats are something to be chased so she'd do best with no cats too. Miss Bella is very house trained and crate trained. She wants so much to please and is very obedient. She pulls a bit on leash now, but we're working on that. She's a calm dog and is easy to have around. She loves to go for walks, but then is happy to lie quietly at your feet in the house. Miss Bella is inclined to take charge of her home if she's allowed to (although she is content to let you do it if you show her that you'll do a better job) so a more experienced dog home would be better for her. She's good with kids, but older kids (12+ years) would be a better fit. Bella has the loving, intelligent and loyal nature found in both the Dobe and the Rottie. She's looking for a wonderful home who will appreciate what a great dog she is.
