Dulce's Story...
Dulce and her three kittens, Angelita, Belita and Carmelita, were found by a gentleman in his apartment complex in Kennett Square. At the time of rescue, the kittens were only five days old. Dulce's estimated date of birth is June 1, 2009. The approximate birthdate of the kittens is April 23, 2010.

All four of these young ladies will make wonderful companions and will add so much love and joy to any household. Dulce is sweeter than sugar (that's how she got her name) so she must have been a house cat at some time. She craves attention. Her three daughters are typical kittens: playful, sweet, loving. Angelita is breathtakingly beautiful; her face and her pouffe hair are just adorable. Belita has the sweetest personality; this little torbie is a potpourri of colors that will melt your heart. Carmelita is the classic calico in looks and personality; she has a strong will and likes to do her own thing.

Note of caution: if you are a serious housekeeper, these kittens are not for you! All three love to ride and chase the Swiffer. They will assist you when you use the dustpan and brush. You will never do housework alone again. But neither will you ever be bored again; they provide hours and hours of entertainment and enjoyment.

Dulce is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dulce, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
