SASHA's Story...
Sasha is a tri color, smooth coat Jack Russell Terrier. She is a very sweet & friendly, 10 yrs old, completely housetrained & uses a doggie door. Sasha has some skin allergies, & we suspect, years of neglect, so a quiet home with lots of TLC & attention to help boost her confidence would be great for her. In return, she will give several more years of love & devotion. She would be a great little girl for traveling around the country in an RV, as she doesn't require a lot of exercise - a daily walk, which she LOVES, will do! Her $100 adoption fee includes spay, current vaccinations, dental, heartworm & fecal tests, & a microchip ID.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SASHA, a Phoenix Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
