My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tootsie is approx two years old and all microchipped. We are guessing her breed to be Basset Hound and Jack Russel but it does not matter does it? We love it when we talk to her because she does that cute tilting of the head when spoken too. We do believe that she knows what we are saying and she just loves the comfort of knowing that is is safe in her foster home and hopes to be in her forever home soon safe and sound. Tootsie has a WONDERFUL personality and just wants to be by your side as your friend and pal. Is this wonderful girl for you?
