My name is Tasha! I am a 5 year old spayed female. I was brought to RMFR in 2009 as a feral kitten. That has worn off and although I’m still very independent, I am becoming quite affectionate.
Sometimes I do “drive by” rubs of human legs. This means “Pet me! Adore me!” I have decided that curling up in available laps is pretty nice and I am trying this out with select humans. At other times, I can be found bouncing around the shelter like a little furry ball. I love to play! I also love to disguise my beautiful shiny black coat by rolling in the dust in the backyard. Sometimes people don’t recognize me because I’m brown! I’ll let you know when it is time to cuddle. I did mention that I’m independent, didn’t I? My webpage says I am okay with dogs, but quite frankly it’s been a long time since I’ve been around dogs, so who knows!
My adoption is part of the trial adoption program, so please give me try. I’d love to go home with you. Please speak to the shelter staff for details on this program!
