Raven's Story...
This little girl just got done raising a litter of kittens and is finally ready to find her own forever home! She is an easy-going kitty who loves people and gets along great with other cats and dogs. She is a petite little girl and looks to be only about 9 months old. She is still very kitten-like and incredibly playful, curious and goofy! She loves to run around chasing her toys and then snuggles up for pets from her human buddies when she is tuckered out. As much as she loves her human companions, she is also pretty independent and doesn't mind spending time by herself. She is perfectly litterbox trained and such an easy little girl to care for. She would be the perfect addition to almost any family - whether you are looking for your first cat or for a playmate for your current pets!! Raven is spayed, has been FeLV/FIV tested and is up to date on vaccines.

Please reference the kitten id number if you are interested in this kitten. The orphan kitten project has many more kittens than are listed. Please contact us to see more.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raven, a Davis Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Davis, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
