Mitzi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Mitzi's Story...
This fun, fast-moving girl just loves to run - in circles around other dogs, in loops around her foster dad when they go hiking, or challenging him to keep up when she keeps him company on a bike ride.

We estimate Mitzi was born in August 2009. She appears to be a lab/border collie mix, and she weighs about 60 pounds.

Mitzi is a lover. She responds well to adults, likes kids, gets along great with other dogs, and is also currently living happily with three cats. She is very smart and eager to please, and is responding well to basic obedience training.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, she will come to you spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and treated for internal and external parasites. There is an adoption fee of $225 to help offset these costs.

If you are interested in adopting Mitzi please email for more information and an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mitzi, a Seattle Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
