Molly Brown's Story...
Molly Brown is a 5 year old Beagle. She is a shy, quiet, sweet girl. She's not big on toys. Molly is very handleable. She is afraid of cats and does not do well with all dogs. Molly would love to be socialized to help her come out of her shell and experience life more. She needs a patient owner that is willing to work with her. Molly is affectionate and charming. We feel little kids would scare her and would prefer to place her into a quiet home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly Brown, a Honesdale Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Honesdale, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Honesdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Honesdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Honesdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Honesdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
