This companion animals name is Brownie. Brownie is a tiny little dog that has had a sad, bad past. She came to R.E.D. in horrible condition and extremely matted as a transfer after arriving at a large animals shelter. This tiny dog was found in a large white bucket abandoned in a skate park. It is luck she did not die. To who ever left her there may your deed's make your life's luck. Brownie was chipped so a call was made and here is the trail we found. She at one point ended up in a large shelter where she was chipped and adopted out. Then she was by that party given away on Craig's list to someone that could not remember who they then gave the dog too. That person or someone they gave her to then dumped her in a bucket and left her to die. So in short we are looking for a real home for this little one. Brownie clearly has been though a lot in her life and has a huge desire to be your buddy and baby. She does however have some issue and can be bossy. She is afraid to be groomed and we have applied gentle techniques to get her trimmed and were successful when patient. So she needs someone that will keep up with that and be kind. She has dry eye and requires eye drops daily. She is not a starter dog and not a child's dog. Little Brownie loves to be held and lays her little head on your shoulder. She wears her little sweater and loves to be the Deva. She has been good with other dogs and is very neutral with kind dogs. She loves her cozy beds and blankets. She loves treats and canned food. She loves to be carried in the arms of the people she knows. This little ones life has been about betrayal we are now looking for arms and hearts that will hold her forever.
