found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered and up to date with shots.
This companion animals name is Louie. HERE IS WHAT HIS CARE GIVER HAS TO SAY ABOUT HIM "
Louie was found in a park. I saw him there for a few days and then pick him up. He was skinny, dirty and not neutered. He didn't know how to eat out of a bowl or how to come in the doorway of our house. After attempts to find an owner, I fixed him up. We house trained him, socialized him, got him neutered, vaccinated and taught him basic commands. (sit, lay, stay) with the intent to place him when he is through the frustrating "puppy stages" (chewing etc.) Well it is time to find a perfect match for Louie now.
Louie is estimated at 2 yr of age He is a male, neutered mix breed dog. He looks like chocolate lab with a pit bull head. He is VERY SWEET and also is a high energy dog. He loves to run and fetch. He has lived with cats, but I watch him very close. He has been around a few dogs and done well with them. He has only been around one child.
Louie would do best in a home without cats or kids. He is very strong and energetic. He need a home where he will be part of the family indoors with a fenced in yard to run and exercise in. He would love to jog with someone or do agility. He has a nose that won't stop so a "job" for him would be great! He gets bored fast so exercise is important for Louie. After that, he loves to snuggle on the couch with us and sleep the night away.
Louie still is mouthy and wants to put everything in his mouth, so he needs to be placed with dog savvy people who have had dogs before. Louie would benefit with a bit more training too. He is very smart and can be taught easily. In short Louie will be a loyal friend to someone who will commit to him. He is ready for his forever home! br>Mandatory fenced yard. No apartments. Some Condos and homes with a private use fenced yard maybe considered. No children under 13 years of age. Adoption donation for this companion animal is 100.00.
