Domino's Story...
My story: Our momma was hurt and could no longer take care of us. A nice lady came and picked up all 6 of us and took us to her house. We had to learn how to eat (what a mess!!) but we are now eating kitten food and litter trained. I love to play and get into everything. I love boxes! I want to be in them, on them, and chewing on them!! I also love to watch mom on the computer. I am to small to leave my foster mom yet but will be ready soon. I would be glad to meet you now so when I'm big enough (in a couple of weeks) I can come live at your house.

Good with Cats: Yes | Good with Dogs: Unknown | Good with Children: Yes

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Domino, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
