Princess's Story...
Princess is a wonderful and sweet Lab / Pit Bull mix. She was rescued from a home when a volunteer heard that she had a fractured back and both of her rear legs were broken - the remarkable fact was that her family had left her like that to heal herself - and to also continue feeding the two puppies she had. She was in that condition for weeks with no medical attention, but once the volunteer found out, she was immediately taken to the vet for treatment. Several months and several surgeries later, Princess is doing remarkably well and gets around almost like normal. She gets along with most other dogs and is very attached to her rescuer. If you are interested, please email Julie at julie_brown@mac.com and put the dogs name in the subject line.
