CORNCHIP's Story...
CONTACT IS KAY TILL, email her at kptill@yahoo.com.
Cornchip had a rough start in life, but you’d never know it by looking at him today. His rescuer saw the incredible potential of this amazing boy: she took him in and gave him lots of care and affection, and he quite literally “came to life.” Because Cornchip knows what it means to be homeless, he is extremely grateful for love, affection and attention. He’s ready for a family to call his own, and any family would be LUCKY to have this wonderful boy. He loves to play, so it’s best that he be around older kids (dogs can EASILY knock toddlers down, so we suggest our dogs go to homes with older children only).

Cornchip is about 2 years old, is heartworm free, neutered & vaccinated. He weighs 33 lbs. & he’s ready to go to a forever home. He is such a happy dog & loves to cuddle and go for walks. What breed of dog is Cornchip? That depends. When his ears are down, he looks like a beagle mix. When his ears are up, he looks like a Jack Russell mix. All we know is that he is ONE GREAT DOG. Adoption fee required to offset a portion of his vetting costs. CONTACT IS Kay Till email her at kptill@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CORNCHIP, a Alabaster Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Beagle for sale in Alabaster, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Alabaster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alabaster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alabaster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Beagle breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alabaster paves the way for another one to be saved.
