Tiffany's Story...
Tiffany 1yr Female Pit/mix- ** Deaf**

Tiffany has the prettiest Catahoula-looking spots on her! She is soooo
gorgeous! Tiffany has the cutest ears in the shelter right now ... they kind
of stand up and fall down at the same time, adorable!
And, not only is she big in the cute department, but she's downright pretty as well, a gorgeous
white with mixed colored markings, very unusual, and very unusual and compelling eyes. All
in all, Tiffany is stunning and at a year old, she's just coming into her own. Out during her photo shoot, she loved being touched and petted all over; no aggression toward food, toys, rawhides or other dogs...with the note that she's "sociable". As with all strays, we can't swear as to whether they're housetrained, but she held it in and went a really long time when she hit outside. Tiffany, like most young terriers, will need training and good leadership by their guardian, but the benefits you get back are ten times what you give. Tiffany is a delightful, young and very sweet natured girl whose ears will perk up even further at the notion of being in a home she can call her own, maybe for the first time in her young life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tiffany, a Covington Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Covington, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Covington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Covington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Covington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Covington paves the way for another one to be saved.
