Will's Story...
Cutie-pie Will and his sister, Grace, were left in a box outside our PETsMART location. These two are fortunate that Paw Placement was on the scene to help - who knows where they might have wound up! Will lives by that wonderful kitten motto, "sieze the day!" (Just don't tell him he wasn't the first to think of it.) He's got a lot to learn about this world, so he uses nearly all of his free time to explore every corner and crevice of his domain. While he's pretty happy at Paw Placement, Will needs a home where he can really run around, stretch out his legs, and learn what it's like to be loved by his forever-family. He'll do well with just about anyone, as long as any children in his new home are old enough to know how to handle kittens gently. Will has a long life ahead of him and just needs someone who can promise never to abandon him again.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Will, a Scottsdale Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
