My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Drake is a 6 month old chocolate lab puppy. He appears to be a purebred and is a bit on the bigger size for his age weighing about 55lbs. He has a gorgeous shiny chocolate coat, is absolutely stunningly handsome and has the most wonderful temperment and disposition. Drake is currently working on house manners, crate trained and loves to be with his people. He looks for those good boy pats on the head and hugs from his foster mom and dad (which he happens to get a lot). Drake is good with other dogs and plays very well with his foster siblings (Ginger and Bailey). He will do well in most situations and has been socialized with men, women, older children and other dogs. Drake will make a great family member for a person or persons who are active and committed to making sure this boy gets all the activity and exercise that a lab puppy would need. He would be great to take hiking, walking, running, to the local doggy park or for a swim. He is also a very smart guy and will wonderful in obedience classes as he is learing very quickly in his foster home. Drake is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and currently on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Drake is also micro chipped.
