Keifer's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Keifer's Story...
Keifer is a sweetheart of a dog! He is a blue merle neutered male at 39.9 lbs. He is very thin (his bones show) so he probably needs to gain about 7 or 8lbs. He has steel blue eyes and good with other dogs and older children. A real sweetie!

Keifer is a very velcro dog and just wants to be with you. He's a little insecure so will also jump on you however a little bit of training and some confidence and he'll be just fine.

Watch for updates. He is fostered in Bradenton.

Our adoption fee is $250.00 (over 10 yrs $125.00), this helps cover some of the dogs expenses. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date with vaccinations, heartworm tested and on preventative. You must be willing to travel to the dog to meet/adopt .

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Keifer, a Orlando Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
