LORETTA's Story...

Hi! My name is Loretta and I am a 2 yr. old, 25 lb. beagle. I was found as a stray with my traveling companion, Danny Boy, and was brought to a high kill shelter. Luckily, Penny Angels came to our rescue and saved us before it was too late. The Beagle Rescue has been trying to adopt both of us together, but no one seems interested in adopting two beagles. Perhaps someone will see us listed separately and suddenly want to meet us! I have a lot of energy and really just want to be loved. Everyone comments on how unique I look because I have one blue eye and one brown eye, but that’s just how I was put together! If you are interested in meeting me at Petsmart, please contact Penny Angels.

An adoption application for Loretta may be obtained by visiting our web site at www.pennyangelsbeaglerescue.com. If you have any questions, please contact beagler534@comcast.net or emnase@aol.com, or call Penny Angels Beagle Rescue at 609-965-9476. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LORETTA, a Ventnor City Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Ventnor City, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Ventnor City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ventnor City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ventnor City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ventnor City paves the way for another one to be saved.
