Eli's Story...
2 yr old black & rust male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 13½", 14.6 lb. Shots up-to-date. Rescued from shelter.
Please meet a very handsome boy named Eli. He came to our rescue from a high kill shelter, and was on his last day. Our rescue was called, and we could not help but to save him. This guy is so sweet and loving and just wants to be near his people. Eli is gentle, loving, smart, and listens so well, and takes treats very gently from you. He will sleep in his doggie bed right by your bed, so he can be near his people. When he came to rescue he was very shy, but quickly saw how his dog pals were loved and safe, he decided I like this place. He enjoys running in the yard with his pals, just hanging out and enjoying life. Eli rides well in the car, and loves going for car rides, or just going for a walk, This boy will follow you so he can get a pat on the head, or some love time, but he waits his turn, and is not pushy in any way. .
Eli has everything... tall, dark, handsome, young and would make a great beloved companion. Perhaps your family will be the lucky one for Eli.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eli, a Columbus Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
