Hi everyone!! My name is Gizelle (aka Gizelly Belly as my goofy foster momma calls me). I have been overlooked by so many because of my breed, color, and age, but I promise if you give me a chance it will be so worth it! I'm a healthy, spry, adorable, and loving dog that has so many great qualities I'm just waiting to share with my furever family!
I am very quiet, calm, and snuggly most of the time but trust me I can also keep up with playful puppies! I never bark at home and I've loved every human I've ever met! I also love other dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages as I've lived with so many in my life... but I ESPECIALLY love small dogs!! My foster moms says that even though I'm older that if I am patient the perfect family will come along and love me for everything I have to offer no matter what! My advanced years just mean I'm a super mature, well behaved, low-key pup! I love naps so I'm perfect for a low-activity human/family, but I also love walks, hikes, and other adventures so I'd be just as happy with an active family with children.
If you give me a chance I'll show you how great I am!! Please don't overlook me! So will you be my furever family, pretty please?

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
