Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATE--You can now meet Pounce in person at the Muncie PetSmart! Pounce is a bouncy, fiesty girl! She was born in the first week of April, 2010. When she was found, she had a very badly damaged right eye. It needed to be removed but she weighed barely a pound. Once she gained a little weight, the eye was removed. A few weeks later, she was spayed and she is now ready to find herself a new home. She lives up to her name--she really is a pouncer!! She was found alone when she was very young so we don't know if she ever had littermates to help her learn some self control so we and the other cats in the foster home have had to teach her how to play fair. Her "too rough play biting" issue is coming to a close. She is doing so much better. She loves to be held and likes to snuggle. She just purrs and purrs. Even though she is playing nicer now, we still suggest no young children. We also suggest that she be with another cat that won't back down from her and will reinforce good play behaviors. She would most like do well with a strong but tolerant dog as well. She loves any toys and interactive toys are great for her. When she is well exercised, her bitey habits are better. A tired kitty is a good kitty!! So she will need lots of attention and activity to keep herself out of trouble. Are you the right one for this fiesty little one-eyed girl??
